What is Ayurveda
Ayurveda, which means “the science of Life,” is the oldest medicinal system in the world with rational approaches to health based on Indian Philosophies. Prior to Ayurveda, medical practice was very much religious based however, through the maturation of Indian logic, the medical practice has become based on the rationality and clinical observation. Traditionally Ayurveda is divided into eight branches, very much like Western Medicine, Internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics-gynecology, treatment for supra-cervical region, toxicology, psychiatry, geriatric, and sexology.

Panchakarma: 5 different Ayurvedic body purification
- 1.Vamana: emesis
- 2.Virechana: Purgation
- 3.Basti: Enema
- 4.Nasya: Supura-clevical purification through nasal passage
- 5.Rakta-mokshana: Blood-letting.
The proper Ayurvedic treatment is given frequently for a given period of time(usually 1~4 weeks). But many find it difficult to manage the clinical approach so we suggest possible options while keeping the efficacy of the treatment.
